Birth Suite Facility Fee $1000*

May be paid by Midwife or Client. Facility fee includes all disposable supplies. Cleaning/Room Reset*. Birth Certificate Filing. Superbill for insurance reimbursement. *Midwives who are established in our collective, renting clinic space monthly receive 50% off the facility fee for their clients, they are expected to do their own cleaning/reset.

Birth Suite Rental Policy

We have 4 private unfurnished clinic/rooms currently available for rent:

$700/mo downstairs 127sq ft without closet

$700/mo upstairs 131sq ft without closet

$800/mo upstairs 128sq ft includes closet

$900/mo upstairs 158sq ft includes closet

Access to shared spaces: reception/waiting area, kitchen, bathrooms and classroom/meeting room when available and laundry room. Monthly rent includes water, internet, weekly trash service, alarm monitoring service, optional advertising on social media, listing on website and client booking system/calendar. Tenant responsible for 1/5 of building utilities excluding water and cleaning service. Deposit equal to one month’s rent. 3 month lease required. *We use LabCorp and practitioner may be added to account with access to supplies if desired
